    WABCO ECU to borrow?

Does any one have a WABCO ECU I could borrow, it is the only thing left to try, apart from the wiring loom.

Before I had a Land Rover I did not have any torque wrenches. Now I have three.

Option B was a no go. The fault remains. I think this is the loom or the ECU, if a borrowed ECU resolves the fault, I'll buy one.

Perhaps. You'll need to check the part number to see if it fits. In any event, you are welcome to borrow it. Probably keep it if it works.

Sorry I'm a bit slow but what unit are you after, have got a few engine ECU and a spare slabs computer kicking about if you'd be willing to cover the shipping to aus

Bohica has a D2a and needs a SLABS ECU.

Going from early posts ... I think he's after D2a SLABS unit.

Right, I think I have a later model one but it's the one I'm using, my original ones a from a 2000my. Also googling I think maybe my upgrade to the 2003 slabs was pointless and only the last one gives you any real improvements! If someone can confirm then I could pop my "upgraded" one out, as it's just sitting loosely in the glovebox area with the original still screwed in

Any Discovery 2 slabs controller will be fine to test with.

The controller pictured above is not a slabs unit, I don't know what it is.

I should also mention (although it's no doubt obvious) that WABCO make numerous ECUs for numerous brands of vehicle.
