tis is in the tech Section but isn't getting noticed. I guess it really belongs in here.

Just got the Long range Tanks installed in my D2 V8. It has LPG and a tank on floor in rear. Which meant no access to little hatch for Tank pump access. Long story but trust me it couldn't be accessed!

Mechanic struggled with it for a few days and finally got LR Tanks in amongst all the LPG Stuff and somehow managed to get the pump in and connected while Tank was in situ.

TROUBLE IS THOUGH, that now the guage is reading incorrectly. When I went to pick it up it said 1/4 tank left, but soon ran out of petrol, so i started it on LPG and put 30l in, and now it says 3/4 tank!

i have the Long Ranger 130l replacement tank and a 35l Wing tank.

Any sugestions about what's happenned - I would rather not have mech rip the tanks out again, It's a massive job..... I have seen the tank set up on RAVE and it should just be one multi plug and the sender and pump unit should just go in. Can't understand how it could be reading that incorrectly.
