Thanks guys
Will get back to you with a price and pics once the job is done. I scoured the local scene for a roof rack, however, one that does justice to the Disco 2 is rare or simply not functional.

Thought I would show my rack.....
Anyway, factory extended roof rails currently with 2 x Thule Aero Bars, I will be buying another set of Thule crossbars and fitting a Rhino Alloy Basket (1500x1010 internal).
I am only wanting the racks for light gear, swags, chairs, ski gear (life jackets etc) so am happy with the rails and alloy basket.
I am also thinking I might get the shorter aero bars so minimise anything hanging out the sides, leaving just enough room for the Foxwing and basket.
I like that Rhino alloy basket Chris - might think about something like that for mine.
If you want to really minimise the amount that the cross bars stick out the side, and at the same time reduce the height of your cross bars and basket slightly, Rola make cross bars that clamp between the original Landrover rails and sit at virtually the same height - so that the top of the cross rails is level with the top of the original Landrover rails. I have the Rola rails on mine - but at the back I don't have the extended Landrover rails that you have - mine has a set of tracks mounted on the roof, which carry the third Rola cross rail and a set of tie-down points, all of which can be adjusted for position.
I have just fitted a Black Widow awning, but to do this I installed a pair of Rhino legs level with my front and rear cross bars, with some braces that I made up at home from the top of the Rhino legs onto the Rola rails. The Awning is mounted off the side of the Rhino legs.
My set up is exactly the same as CJTs. I looked at the rola arms suggested by BMKal, but they just dont look as strong as the ones that sit on top.
CJT, if you need to shorten them, I reckon 2 minutes with an angle grinder. :angel:
One thing I just found out, the Rhino Alloy Basket does not mount onto the Thule Bars, so I now need to buy Rhino Bars instead.
I will probably end up with 2 sets of racks;
1. Thule with bike carrier and sports gear etc.
2. Rhino Bars with Rhino Alloy Basket and Foxwing etc.
Fitted the rack on last week. looked the real deal.Now waiting for it to be powdercoated. Hope to have some pics next week
