    D2 Brakes - Master Cylinder and Reservoir

    I'm about to replace my brake fluid reservoir seals and reservoir on my D2 this weekend. Has anybody done this before and is there anything to look out for ?

    My reservoir has been leaking fluid all over the engine bay for a few weeks now and it's time to fix (probably repaint as well)

    BTW i already have the new reservoir and intend on flushing the whole brake system with fresh fluid.

    Hi George,

    For flushing, I've found that running the ABS pump using a jumper wire in place of the ABS pump relay makes for a very easy job.

    G'day Graeme,

    This sounds interesting. Can you explain this with a little detail ? Which connections and while you're running the pump do you bleed as per normal ?
