Setup looks good. After a lot of forum reading, that is the exact same setup I have just ordered today and will go on Friday the 23rd. Good to know makes a world of difference as my original shocks and springs make for interesting driving on rough bitumen.

    Cheers

    Clarification on Bilstein shocks

Can someone try and clarify what the correct part numbers are for the Bilstein shocks.

I am looking at getting King Springs which I am told equate to around a 40mm lift.

However I have noticed on the forum people are running Bilstein shocks front BE5-B994 and rear BE5-B995, these are the extended Bilstein shocks.

When I talk to both the Bilstein supplier in Brisbane and Suspension Stuff about what shocks to use with the extended King Springs, both companies inform me to use front BBE5-6046 and rear BBE5-6047 which as far as I am aware are the Bilstein equivelant to the factory Land Rover shocks.

My understanding here is that I would get a lift from the springs, the car would not sag as much, but I would not get any further wheel travel as the shocks are still the same length as standard.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Regards,

    Chris

    Chris,

see post #4 for the part numbers that AMV used on my lift. Its their standard lift which they do dozens of. It all has a 12 month warranty which give some piece of mind as well.
    Best of luck
