He made the rear bar and if I ever see it on the street it'll be replaced with my std one on about 30 seconds.

Thanks, the wheels are American Racing Alloys in a 18x9, I got these just as they where released from the USA fitted with 33x12.5 Kumho MT's.

I bought them as blanks and had them machined to 5/120 PCD and +32 offset. They are fitted with hub rings to match the centre bore size to the D2 hub.

Yep, I designed and built the rear bar (mate did the welding for me) to match the XROX on the front. Will hold an Avenger TDS9.5 winch, has ADR approved LED reverse lights and a large 7 pin trailer plug fitting.

I still need to add the extra bracing for the side rails to the chassis and have it powder coated.

Sliders came from the UK, believe it was "Rocksliders UK", I specified the overall length the match the guard cut and the offset of the side bars / nerf bars that I wanted.

You didn't make a drawing of the centre section for cut out and fold detail did you?

I do, but it is plasma cut and weld as it is thick plate.

It;s the system of attaching to the chassis that I'm not sure of. I've seen one pic of the LH read where you see two bolts going into something. I know there's a bolt either side from behind the bar (front of car) and two from under the top cover. But thats all. As you've done I have a spare winch that I'd like to throw in it.
