Rear latch was already buggered.
Pushing the little pin underneath to the right of the handle and a touch of graphite powder fixed it up.
No it didn’t fix it - it just prolonged the inevitable failure. Murphy’s law - it will fail just when you absolutely need it to work. You can get a replacement latch pretty cheap online from the uk. I replace mine as a wear item every 5 years or so.Quote:
