    It doesn't look like I'm going to find the car I want in SA so at the end of this week it's off to Victoria with me. Are there any dealers to visit/watch out for over there?

    There's not a huge amount for sale in SA, and the dealers have most of the cars at the moment.

    I was in the same boat as you, and ended up buying from Sydney where there are so many more on the market.

    Cheap flight + $150 in diesel and it's back here, so not too onerous. Getting it checked over & re-registered at Regency Park can be a pain in the butt but

    There have been a few in Trading post or Carsales over the last month. I bought one privately last weekend for $12k in Adelaide and drove it home to Alice. Just be patient.

    Was at Range rov the other day, they have just got in a deceased estate D2, having a look at it, it looks like brand new on the inside, has a colour coded ARB bar on the front, still has the michelin tyres on it all round. Gold colour.

    Here's the part where I wish it was around 12 months ago. TD5 , 130,000k's one owner full service history. It's been sat for a few months apparently as they were unable to drive.
    $16k. If I had $16 Large right now I would snap it up. It was the cleanest looking D2 I have ever seen
