I was reading in a recent 4wd action mag that unless you run large diameter tyres then you do not need a RTC dampener. Apparently when driving off road in deep ruts a RTC will make it harder for you unless you are running bigger tyres (which need the extra help a RTC provides especially on road). I was looking at buying an RTC but will now go for a standard dampener, maybe Bilstein.
Cheers Matt

i run 265/75 on mine (31.5") n i swapped to the bilstein non RTC and its perfect. ill be fitting 35s down the track and will most prob leave the bilstein in place.
its got power steering so i cant see the big deal with a RTC just IMO
