DUST
D2 dust bypass filter! How can I stop the fine dust . Ihave seated the filter with grease aroundthe rubber top but always when checking after hitting the black top find a very fine dusting on the grill in the tube after the filter. Has anyone else found this problem?

yes, dunno the answer, but i have the same issue. also found the o-ring that goes on the connector for the maf on the td5 doesn't seal very well, i greased that as well.

G'day,
Do a search both here and in the Technical section.
There is a thread or two on this.
I think it came down to the filter being loose in the air box.
