    Hey Pedro,

Barry and Kerry were very helpful, Baz found a broken ABS sensor that will need to be replaced. Whether or not that is the whole problem only time will tell.

    Thanks for asking.

    cheers,
    Terry

Sorry for hijacking the old thread. Do you need nanocom to read and clear three amigos on d2 or can you do it using any obd II reader?

I also have four amigos that started out as intermittent three amigos are now permanent. I think mine were caused due to worn brake pads which I've replaced with a new set of genuine lr pads

    Hi Rocky,
You need either Nanocom or LR Testbook to read & clear the error codes.
    Cheers B

Just for keeping some info in a relevant place you can now read V8D2 ecu stuff and do stuff with one of the new updates.

Hey rocky88 , I recently got a Hawkeye from local supplier and have identified errors, fixed them and reset the codes. I was looking at the other gadet but at the time it was more suited to the td D2 and I read it still had issues.

    Hey Geko,

Will Hawkeye work with D2 TD5 & the body & automatic gearbox ECUs to read & reset codes?

    Yes - it will.

I've owned all sort so diagnostic gear over the years and HawkEye is the best yet by far!

The problem is that the BBS guys in Cyprus are just full of BS with a stutter!
