Weekend away camping with the whole family for the first time.
Top spot on a friend's bush block, great weather, borrowed tent worked well and Dora performed perfectly as transport, accommodation, pantry, cubbyhouse and clothesline.
The tent awning fitted over the back door, creating a big enclosed space with heaps of room for five of us to sleep plus all of our gear etc.
Found a little folding table on special at our local caravan shop - fitted perfectly betweeen the reversed front seat and rear bench - ideal for the kids to sit at for colouring in, cards etc between dips in the river.
On the way home, my wife suggested I offer to buy the tent from our friends, so we can do it all again!
