The workshop manual you most often see for d/l is the NAS version, and covers v8 only.
The is a lot more content on the cd than just the workshop manual.
The parts I regularly refer to are:
- Workshop manual
- Technical Bulletins
- Circuit Diagrams
- Electrical Library
The link I posted was to the version that covers all D2's.

Thanks again Paul,
I have ordered the CD from the link and also the Nanocom Evo TD5 today so hopefully it will arrive in due course and I'll be able to better inform myself of the joys of keeping the beast healthy and happy.
I dont want to turn this thread into a workshop Q&A but I have read about a suspect bolt on the oil pump on earlier IE my D2 TD5 coming losse. Ws this a recall issue? I have recently purchased this vehicle and although it has 160K and full service history and receipts for more recent work like radiator/ fuel block/ fuel pump and a couple of other bits and pieces, I cant be sure if the bolt has been addressed. Last thing I want is to have the wife driving it and destroy the engine over silly stuff like that. There are a couple of recall stickers on the driver door inner panel and one in the book but no idea what they relate to. I'll try a search again to see what I can find out in other posts.
Cheers

Oil pump bolt wasn't a recall item. If you post the Q. about recalls numbers to the Disco 2 forum you should get an answer. Recall notices up to 2002 are on the RAVE CD so you can see what work was done for those.
