My gripe isn't with BBS but with DHL. The extra documentation you provide DHL is not being used on all your shipments to Australia to get it cleared with out the quarantine hassle. Whether DHL choose to pay any attention to the documentation.....who knows?

Anyway....My Nanocom arrived eventually and is working flawlessly

I have just purchased a nanocom also, found bbs great to deal with, I however chose the ems option for postage, only took 9 days including the weekend which I thought was pretty good,have had stuff shipped before with dhl without a problem, except it was over $x amount and had to pay before customs released it,maybe ems might be a better option if not in a hurry

No response from DHL after more than two months so it looks like I've saved myself $94.35 for what they claimed was "customs duty" - see post #20 this thread.
