Yep ignore the 2 single spade connectors.
I may have missed this earlier, but have you followed the loom up to the ECU under the seat and remove check and clean the plug?

Hi Grimace, I looked at the info I posted, didnt realise this electrical connection for the lock up solenoid was actually inside the gearbox and youve got to drop all the oil etc to get at it. I guess just make sure youve got all the filters and seals and new oil to replace if you split the box before you start and make sure you can open the filler plug to the gearbox. Its an allen key but a big one. not sure of the size. let me know i want to check the oil in my gearbox

So I managed to fix this yesterday. I decided to test continuity in the loom from the tunnel to the box and found no continuity on the Orange/Grey wire. Removed the loom and this is what I found;

The loom had rubbed through against the top pass side nut on the LT230. I repaired this and added some more layers of protection. Hooked up the nanocom....
