Thread: Faultmate problems

Having recently acquired a faultmate ms-v2 but am having some trouble getting it licenced.
Have the code from Blackbox and it comes up when I go to my page,but when I enter the extra codes to get the firmware to work,it comes back with wrong code.Think it was P3-01.

Can anyone shed any light on what I could be doing wrong.
Have followed what it said on the short video or what or what not to do.

I have been closely following progress on this and understand you have had quite some Operating system difficulties with supplying us with a Valid Vehicle scan etc which appears to have been most frustrating.

I am so glad this has all been sorted now and has allowed us to finally provide you the codes you need to activate your system.
