British Motor Imports in Mulgrave, NSW, are/were the agents for Omitec.
Our shop received a T4 when it purchased remaining MG Rover stock some years ago (when those brands closed down in Aus.). It has all the appropriate software for MG Rover but nothing else...
My question is, how can we source or purchase the LR software to add to it?
Appreciate your time.
Hoo-Roo,
Dave.

the leads could also be a problem, some are common to both, but Land Rover uses a lot more. have you got any paper work with it that explains which lead is for what, so you can work out what you need?
i can program a laptop for you to work on land rover only (so you switch between them), but some of the old RDS systems will run both (the problem there is you will need all the vehicle discs as you cannot load them onto the old systems). what RDS system is loaded ( rds3.00, rds3.06 etc)?
It's a lot better than I thought as there is a disc for LR-RR and some of the plugs look correct...
Having all the right leads may be a problem as someone sent me the user guide (?) book in pdf and that shows LR use a heap more than is present. Might need to get better educated on all this stuff or hire a Landy technician that can check it out and list up what we need.
Hoo-Roo,
Dave.
Dave, the lead you are really missing is the most commonly used one - the blue J1962.
If you want to access the SRS system, you will also need the small interface dongle. I can't find a pic on the 'net at the moment but I'm sure I have a pic somewhere.
I see you have the hand held tester in the kit. That is good.
