Thread: HELP Urgently needed.

Hi,
I have a problem. I have recently purchased a nanocom and today I decided to activate it. I went through the procedure of unlocking it as directed, then went and plugged it into my OBD2 port as directed, but it did not recognise the vehicle. So, I started the car with it still plugged in and I did not have a complete dash readout, and the nanocom still did not recognise the car, so I shut the car down and unplugged the nanocom and then tried to restart it. Nothing, vehicle does not recognise either of my keys.
What have I done, and can I fix it?

PHEW.
I got it started. Disconnected the battery for 1/2 hour and reconnected. Now recognises keys and starts.
Now just have to wait for Nanocom to get back to me and find out why it wont recognise the vehicle.
