Cheers! Will have a good look under there now. Wish I posted in here before taking it to the mechanic. Paid for a whole new fuel pump.

I know it’s 4 years later but thought id share my results incase anyone else runs into a similar issue! It was indeed the relays under the drivers seat. Gave them a wiggle and the engine would cut out. Had them all re-soldered, job done.
Note to self: always check relays before shelling out $$$ replacing parts
