Nanocom support experience anyone?
I contacted Nanocom support for some help on 7 July. Received an auto reply confirmation but nothing since. Today is the 23 july. Has anyone had success with Nanocom support?
It's an expensive piece of kit, and I'd like to get it sorted.

you shouldn't have waited that long after the automagic reply
try again on their website contact form online or PM BBS Guy or try direct email support@blackbox-solutions.com
But as per other thread reply I think a windows puter will solve your stuffing around.
