    Nanocom code help

Hello is anyone able to offer advice on this code?
My SRS light has been on since my car had hand controls installed. I did take it back to them but the diagnostic tool there would not connect. I plugged up my nanocom and it showed this code.
I haven't found much out via google.
The code will not clear, comes back instantly.
The hand controls are electronic, not completely sure how are installed to result in the srs light then coming on. Assume something has possibly been bumped or perhaps not re connected? Or coincidence but wasn't there prior.
    Thankyou

There is a deep memory within the airbag ECU that keeps a long-term record of resets to detected faults. This means
that if a particular connection was poor and went open circuit - even just once - the fault would
be logged by the system as - a sensor is open circuit - and the airbag warning light would come
on. If the fault was not found and the fault code memory was cleared it would be very likely to
reappear. This would be logged as an intermittent fault within the system.
The Clear Fault Code function checks the fault code memory for resident faults and clears the
fault code memory if the fault has been rectified. Having deleted the faults the system then
rechecks the fault memory to ensure that it is clear. Failure to clear the fault memory
successfully is usually due to the system re-logging the fault the moment the fault memory is
clear, meaning that the fault has not been rectified properly and as far as the system is
concerned, still exists. The system may also carry out a re-check for successful clearing of the
fault code memory but then the system may re-log the fault shortly after.
Leonnie, did they maybe take the pass seat out? Or something like that? If they disturbed one of the yellow plugs under the seats it could be the issue.

Oh, I just remembered the control they fitted under the column. The wires down from the rotary couple pass quite close to that. They are also yellow.

As well as under the seats, there is also a yellow plug to check behind the glove box.

You can get to it by opening the glove box as normal and look through behind it, to check the plug.

When I get the SRS error I just unplug and re plug in the one under the passenger seat and the one behind the glove box, then start the car and all is good.
    Cheers

Thankyou I will check those things tomorrow and try those
The hand controls are fitted to the steering column, and wires wired in. It connects to the flu by wire as well.

So I went to check the yellow plugs under the seat, do I need to disconnect battery before unplugging and re plugging them? (Same with dash one)

No need but whatever you do don’t use a multimeter or any other test equipment.
