    iCarsoft i930

When I got my used D3, it came with an iCarsoft i930. It still works, but thought I'd see if there were any online updates for it. I downloaded the necessary update program from the company and all went well until I hit the 'Update' box. I then get an error 'No connection to PC. Check USB Connection'.

I have unplugged and replugged several times with the tool coming on each time. The USB drives I have tried are not being recognised by the laptop as having anything connected.

    Windows 11 system in use.

I dunno, but I find recalcitrant USB can sometimes be sorted by using a different port, or especially cable. Good luck, don't throw anything.

Thanks, JT. I think it's the unit itself. I downloaded the relevant program onto my wife's laptop and got the same USB error on accessing. Coincidence? I think not!
