    I have had this problem with my TD5. The car would shut down and the temperature guage would go to full.

    It wasn't actually the relay which failed but the connectors needed a bit of a recrimp to make them tighter.

    TD5 ECU

    I also have an ex defence TD5 with the same marking on tie ECU….mine was a dog to drive but never cut out.

    I now have a NNN ECU.

    Oh if you ever go down the NNN route you need the tuner to remove the AS10 reference in the tune otherwise she’ll only run for a few seconds then shutdown.
