I believe it is made by Omnitec who make the offical T4 system. You get one licence included for one vehicle range and it costs around £300 + VAT. It would be really interesting to see how it compares with Faultmate (which I recently bought). One obvious thing is you are not limited to a single vehicle, but rather all vehicles in a range, ie all P38's. Also it's coverage is no where as comprehensive as the Faultmate's.
