Yep, good assessment. I wonder if John Canny will publish a retraction video.
As JC Auto Expert said there has been some very selective video editing taken place.

Worth a look. Can’t link for obvious reasons. But he gives an honest assessment of the whole situation.

He raises a good point about the time and distance between the river crossing and the failure and the drainage of the intake. However there is a significant possibility that the water had already passed into the intercooler already, and the bumps and power used for the dry creek crossing caused it to enter the engine at that time. Purely speculative on my part of course, but possible.
I suggest the posters on this thread look at Cadogan's latest video. You may be surprised at the reality of the situation. Note the video was taken down by the originator.
