8) lewy110, as you're from the naval air base albatross [methinks] do you know about the blokes wot nicked the commanders pig? i think about xmas 73/4, when we got sea venoms, and another clever bunch nicked the brake discs as they were valuable scrap metal? i think it was a year b4 the fire?
we went there to dismantle the venoms we won in the raffle and were billeted in the mens quarters/huts. it got pretty interesting when the regular inhabitants of these huts started returning from leave and found we had women in their beds and cartons of amber fluid.
we were visitors and didn't know the rules, so the boys liked us being in their hut, and assisted us.
