Use your BOSE QC as aviation headset.

    Piece of Useless information...

U-FlyMike, the mob who made the add-on to turn your Noise Cancelling HiFi headphones into a first-rate 'Noise Reduction' aviation headset are back on deck.

Not only are they doing another run for the QC-15, but they're close to finishing one for the latest BOSE, the QC25.

Can't say how well the QC25 handles a piston engine, suppose the best way would be to take yours up in whatever you normally fly. I'm grounded till next week so can't help.

From what I've heard, the QC15 is as good as the original BOSE A20 Automatic Noise Cancelling headset.

    Food for Temptation !

That's great news, I'm still using the QC 15's with I Fly Mike and was hoping they'd start building Mic's for the QC 25.
Gets my goat that as soon as you label something aviation it costs two to three times what a similar non-aviation product costs.
Thankfully now I'll be able to continue using a 3-400 dollar headset instead of the $1100 aviation headset from Bose!
