Seems that she worked out 'what' was going to happen...and 'who' was going to be blamed. . .
Whatever, I thought the Captain/Pilot was the final responsible person regarding loading, FUEL, and navigating to a distant destination.
Company Policy & Expectations,,, would also exert a certain influence.
