Hmm, that's interesting! I am sure that I met Laurie McIver somewhere along the way. He also operated helicopters and had a contract for the gas pipeline inspection into Sydney. According to the following he passed away a few years ago, just like Hoxton Park. RIP

I heard that Laurie McIver died some years ago, and his flying school was shutting down. Laurie trained Dick Smith at one time. HOX fostered Aussie pioneers and entrepreneurs.
