Japan & the UK move towards a partnership in combat aircraft systems

A surprising defence-technology partnership is emerging between Japan and the UK. The cooperation is mostly preliminary but not at all basic: the two countries are working together on some of the most challenging systems used in combat aircraft. And there’s good reason to think they’ll pool resources on more such programs.

I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking

I don't see that as surprising. I cannot see Japan trusting the new US administration. They are sure not going to get involved with Russia, and especially China. So It's France... sure, or Germany, not likely..... Or Britain. I would hope that we at least consider the idea of joining them. Boris won't be there for long.

This " tempest" sounds like a good aircraft. The way things are heading, could be like the spitfire, just in time.
