Interesting. GARM, the Global Alliance for Responsible Media, a subset of the WFA, World Federation of Advertisers (there's a grand and trustworthy sounding mob for you ), who have long been suspected of political manipulation of marketing, were recently exposed by a fair amount of correspondence becoming public. Said correspondence clearly showed that GARM had commissioned "false and misleading" reports, designed to show that X and Rumble, among others, were engaged in the things you describe. "False" and "misleading", John. This is illegal and unconscionable. They lied to their advertisers to get them to boycott the "conservative" platforms. I think we are going to find that they lied to the EU as well, but I don't expect any pushback from that particular bastion of corruption. Its Member States are another matter.
I say "interesting", because when the activities of GARM became provable X and Rumble both filed suit against GARM they folded their tents and ran away. Unfortunately for them, and particularly the individuals who are also named in the brief, they get no protection under the law by hiding. And your "deep pockets" argument is flawed. Have a look at the plethora of major companies that were involved with the WFA. Not even Musk has the resources to take on the likes of Microsoft and Google. The House Judiciary Committee is involved here as well.
Coming on the heels of the judgement against Google this is huge news which. Of course, you aren't going to see it on the MSM. Says it all, really.
