Most likley the park switch on the wiper motor is faulty. Ive attached a circuit diagram and circled the location of the park switch. If it tests faulty you can replace just the switch.
The wipers are controlled by Central Control Unit CCU, so if you have checked the park switch and this doesnt clear the fault, you will need to diagnose the CCU.
