As for the coolant I bought the 5litre pack of Nulon concentrate and used that for the mix, diluted it 50/50 (about 3.5 litres of it [3.5 litres Nulon to 3.5 litres water]) I used normal tap water, dont see any reason why it will harm the coolant system.

Thanks for the tips mate, however the skid plate will be coming off (done it before, cow of a job) as I will be changing the sump oil and oil filter as well as doing an oil change in the IRD unit. I did the rear diff recently so that won't be done again this time. Also, while I'm on a mission, I will rotate the tyres. Should keep me out of the Pub for the day!!
