There is a few notes in the Freelander 1 section, search is your friend.

You could also buy a RAVE CD, probably about $20 delivered, search EBAY or see if anyone here has one they will part with.

I took the easy way out and paid someone to do it.
Easier to do if you drop the complete engine/trans out.

I have countless numbers of V6 Freelander belt changes.

You must have the timing tools to set the front belt, since there are no timing marks as you might find on other more sane engine designs.
Some enterprising blokes have made they own marks with varied degrees of success.

The rear belts do have an alignment scribe across them and relatively simple to change. Again you must have some new sprocket fixing bolts since the blighters have a habit of loosening up if you use the old ones and the sprocket will walk off the tit shaped locating nub in the camshaft.

I can show you how to make you own tools if you have a die grinder and a welder at hand providing you haven't lost the belt.
I cannot emphasize enough the need for accuracy on this job.
I have seen more Freelanders go to the crusher when the belt(s) have either let go or the thing was improperly timed up and the valves whacked the pistons causing catastrophic engine damage.
In short not a nice job/task
