Yep, Safety Devices.

They're pretty rare here in the UK... I don't rate you chances of getting one in Oz! If you _Really_ want one, then your best bet is to keep an eye on the 2nd hand UK markets. Either that or hope that Safety Devices starts making them again.

I found a secondhand one here [ 4x4challenge.org • View topic - G4 Challenge Freelander Roof Rack ]. That's assuming it has not been sold (it's dated 2008). I think one needs to join the on-line group to be able to contact the person selling it. Please keep me in mind if you come across a second-hand one in the UK.
