The knocking is probably the passengers in the back begging to be let out so they can ride in a real Land rover! :wasntme:

Mine is a 2007 with 160,000km and I have no knocking at all...but I haven't had the car for very long so I don't know much about it yet.
Hey! Don't be cheeky :pQuote:

I have a Classic and had a D2, now have the FL2 instead of the D2 and I love it!
Sad when people try to be funny and pull up short... ;)
Here's how Land Rover Australia themselves choose to illustrate the Landy's 65th anniversary on their FB page:

and in the email they sent me on the same promo today:

which, as we all know, is just a Freelander 2 with an overpriced and shortened body attached and "Range Rover" stuck on the bonnet...:D:D

Did you buy that Freelander 2 from the guy in Newcastle about 2 months ago?? (Just wondering)
If so, I bought my car about the same time, I've only had mine since about April.
People knock to be let in, not out. They are Defender passengers trying to get in to sit in a comfortable seat. Check for desperates clinging to the back of the car...
[quote=Richard93Vogue;1942604]No, I didn't look at it but was on my watch list though K's were a little high. I saw the guy seemed desperate to sell which would have been in your favour. I ended up holding out and bought a HSE with Tech pack for $21,500 (127K on clock). Needed a little TLC but seems to be coming together well.
You happy with your purchase?? It seemed like a good buy to what I read, just interesting to hear your thoughts.
