New Freeo owner, wanting AT tyres

    Hi guys
I finally joined the club and picked up a 2011 FL SD4 SE in Champagne. This is my 5th Solihull product and I'm pretty excited.
    Mostly.
The remotes do not lock the vehicle (which is bit of a problem, really). Neither remote. All the other remote functions work, though.

From my youtube trawl it seems the circuit board may be prone to breaking at that microswitch, is that true? Any other ideas? The microswitches themselves?

The only other downside at the moment is the lack of AT tyres for the 18 inch rim. Any thought? I see an Atturo with a fairly aggressive tread at $183 each. I've run Cooper AT3 on a Forester and Cooper ST on Discovery, but they're a bit rich for me in the short term.Any other recommendations?

Gleaning great info here in the few weeks I've been lurking.

    Cheers

    Jeff

Well, I worked out the remotes problem. I wasn't ejecting the remote properly so it doesn't lock. Who'd have thought.

Still looking for opinions on tyres though.

I bought a set of Wind Force AT's cheap chinese for my Disco.
I have gone over some fairly rough tracks that a newish Mitsu Triton got stuck on. Although that could be the better traction control on the 15 year old Disco

    AT Tyres

Hi I have 18" wheels on my FL2 and have had a set of AT General Grabbers fitted, they have been to Cape York and quite a bit of other off road stuff, they are wearing very well
