I decided to pass on the 2.6 and found an S3 with 2.25 instead.
I'm looking for a zenith carbie and elbow, I may have an oil air filter on the farm.
Funny how some of these trucks don't have a blower! I have vents and an empty space where the fan usually sits. I guess someone thought we didn't need heaters in qld.

From memory the heater was an optional extra particulary if it was sold through Annand & Thompson,at Breakfast Creek, they were the Qld and Nthn NSW agents for Rover and Land-Rover, some of their LWB hardtops had a steel top, pressed by "Charles Hope P/ltd." I did a bit of time there in the mid-late 60's in spares when I transferred to Qld. for family reasons, that building is now just a hole in the ground,I believe it was a failed Hi-rise project.

    cheers

I've now picked up a late model S2a also without a heater.
How difficult is it to find an old smiths heater?
