Gee, the escape from that bushfire was exciting.
Totally stoked with my suspension mods - confirmed I was on the right track when I first got the tape measure out, all those months ago. Just need to stop the swaybar from clanging away.
Does anyone know if Guy made it home?
He packed in again 5km out of Beaudesert, resigned to call RACQ - Apparently he just wanted to get within the 50km free tow limit. I offered him a mobile phone (w/ reception) but he declined.

Yep made it home fine, thanks to everyone for your help. Still had to pay as was outside the 50km limit, but didn't want to risk cooking the engine.
