Good Luck Stevo hope it all goes well, certainly better that my sisters husband who had to get it done then he found out after 6 months that they didn't fully complete the job and was back in for another go a year latter. :o

G'day all, thanks for your posts, I got out this afternoon. Still feeling very sore and in a fair bit of pain, hence why I look forward to the 4 hrly pain meds :D. Operation went well, 2nd hernia was larger than thought, so glad got both done at same time. Had to be moved from my room last night though as other much older chappy was snoring like a freight train and it was either going to be a case of him being smothered :eek: or me losing it. So got moved to another room all by myself :). Bit nervy about doing a number 2 :angel:, as just laughing hurts, and of course dumbo here got out a comedy to watch this arvo :o. Anyway pain meds starting to kick in again and thanks for the thoughts,

Thanks mate, yep all on the mend now, just had follow up visit and bandages etc came off and all looking good. Still a bit sore but 1000 times better than last week. Might even pop on the ride on today to do a bit of mowing :DQuote:
