Thanks Guys for all you concern and comments. Back at home and on the mend, at this stage it was not a stroke but stress related attack which gives the same systems of a stroke, so we are out of the woods from a heart problem, however we are off work for 2 weeks and off for more tests. Its seems I have damaged nerves in my back which is affecting my chest, nerves and breathing - hence the stroke like attacks. They have me on heavy medication to control the pain and nerves at present. So all good and still here to 4wding with the club.
