    They go well on the highway aye. I drove my dads P38 down to Sydney to pickup a machine .. averaged 13.4 the whole trip!

    Is it still on the original engine? lasting well if it is

    Not everyone thinks a cramped cabin with crap seats, crap air con and a ****ing handbrake that sticks in your leg is the bane of Land Rovers

    Yep original engine....runs really well and low ks for the age...roof cage and bars will bolt straight on...the order so high travel air springs from arnott in the states!

    Nice bit of kit Steinzy.

    But I must admit that I do agree with Camo. I've never heard of anyone buying a P38 twice.

    I really hope you have a good run and a good time with it.

    Well i like to be different...last one never let me down....but will be definitely getting a custom snorkel for this one!

    My old man did. 4.0 SE then 4.6 HSE. Both ex demonstrators. He drives a Toyota now...

    Good to see you back with another landy - though not sure about a p38 but each to their own as long as we see out and about on the tracks soon
