Thanks to all who attended for making a great trip possible, it was quite greasy in places which changed the place considerably.
Tracks that could normally be crawled needed speed and with that came room for error as can be seen by my multiple semi flops, although they do make for great photos.

Like Grimace said we need to explore the area a lot more since it has great tracks and is close to Brissy, there is something there for all vehicles and levels of experience.

I don't have any photos myself but there should be enough from the other people that attended.

We do need to split the groups up next time though to keep things moving better.

    Thanks,
    Eric

Just in case anyone could accuse me of not doing a job properly, this is how to break a front diff.
Two sections of missing teeth on the crown wheel and most of the teeth on the pinion damaged or missing.
The last photo is the pieces I got out of the oil.

Upside is that the spider gears and axles appear undamaged so I am just swapping in another centre.

    Cheers,

If you want to camp in the area in future I recommend the Charlie Moreland state forest reserve near Kenilworth. Excellent camping and its right in the middle of lots of tracks. Remember to book online before arrive.
