snorkel would've paid for itself if they were driving through melbourne on Saterday!![]()
The other morning...(no I don't have pics travelling to fast in the car to use the phone)
I came across a Klugger with a snorkel and bullbar...I had to chuckle I didn't even know you could get the accessories like that for that city dwelling car

Are you sure it wasn't a Prado or 200 Series LandCruiser? They all look the same...

Obviously it is his or hers' pride and joy...I don't begrudge anyone "enhancing" their car, be it 4WD, direct Japanese import or a Mitsubishi Nimbus...if it gets them out of the house and exploring, be it a dirt track in a national park or a drive through the country side - good on them.
I don't begrudge anyone either not sure why you made that comment as I don't read anyone saying they shouldn't of enhanced their car...
I was only chuckling because I have never seen a kluger anywhere but the M5 and like I said didn't even know you could get a snorkel for them...my guess is its a tourer that pulls their caravan.

Bloke I know successfully took one (the older model) across the Simpson. He was with other real 4WDs for backup, but he claims that he made it through without assisitance. Swears by its ability to handle the rough stuff.
