NAsty, could've ended much worse:( He is lucky.

Notice the wing shudder during the turn at the last few seconds? Sure sign of total overrun of the airframes capabilities and subsequent loss of control.
Altitude and airspeed, as mentioned, have to be your best friends but exceeding the laws of physics isn't possible....
