Think I got my first ever return wave this evening in Richmond (near Molly's house). Dark green Rangie coming the other way. Very exciting, no-one seems to wave back to my RRS :)
Took the Landy to Geelong last Saturday. Passed a Defernder, two Discos, a RRS and a Freelander. Only the Defender driver waved.
That's to be expected I guess.
got my first wave too (hard to say if was returned or initiator, both enthusiastic wave as I was in my monte carlo d2 and they were in monte carlo d2a). Vic plates, haven't seen around before though (perhaps its the one that was for sale kyneton way)

Been a big day today for Landy waves,,, and hand Shakes even :D
First, Lonerangie "gave" me a couple of tickets to the footy for which we are off to use right now,, bigs smile and hand shakes,, gotta love our club.
Then I flagged over a 110 towing a series Landy. His car was smelling a bit. Turns out it has just 6 Kay's on it. He now knows of our forum,, got hand shakes from him too,, lookin forward to seeing him on here soon
Then we were waved at by a couple of 110's near Narre Warren on the way home. Also spotted another Orkney Grey DC ute :D
You mob down there must not have many mates, or be very lonely, or both. This wave thing, been a part of Qld driving for as long as cars have been on the road. No-one up here gets excited about some-one waving at them. Sort of sad, somehow. :angel:Bob
