I remember a trip up Wombat a few years back. We had a D4 and a couple of D3s join us. IIRC, that was the year the Hummer H3 and a Jeep was there as well.
There was a muddy, shaley uphill track. We laughed as we saw the D3/4s lined up for this track. Our jaws dropped.
One of the D3s skated around a little on the way up. He was running road radials.
Oh, the Jeep had to be towed up.
They are a very capable off road vehicle in standard trim.

Spotted two down at Shoreham this arvo, along with a Defender. One of the P's was from WA.

Spotted a dark green 101 in Woodend looked like Sleepys and Rovercare`s old 101 Reg was Bev101
I'm guessing that Perentie with the dud gearbox might have sold...

Winch, roof, roof rack, cubby box, 2 x dual jerry can holders, CB, HD rear axles...
I then spotted him driving up the Hume and getting off at Beveridge...
Anyone on here?

Is that just an FFR with the addition of a winch and the dual jerry can holders?
Or is it another variant of an FFR?

I rekon that it's an FFR that has been modified.. It's the old style bull bar, the winch is after market, and the paint on the dual jerry can holders looked newish to me.. [smilebigeye]
