Spotted a red County with what I think, is a home made wooden "pop-top" (?) the other day down at Mornington, have also seen the same vehicle up in Albury a few days prior. He carries a pushbike on the back.

Anyone else seen or know who this is getting around? Be an awesome way to do a bit of exploring,, (this'll be why "we" now have one )
