Actually also those figures above do not tell the whole story. Often tables used are double shot for espresso. Also I know many people that have a lumped instant spoon or 2 spoons of instant to get the flavour they want....so it makes comparrsion hard. We are only catching Banana prawns ATM so you search for the schools, havent seen a prawns for 2 1/2 days.

I hate to think how much one of those units would be worth ? I lookeed into a inbuilt coffee machine when we got our kitchen done up but $2000 was a bit hard to justify. So instead the missus got fancier cupboards and I put a deposit on a new rifle.

Cola drinks are high in caffeine as well. If you wanted to quit smoking you should go cold Turkey. However with Caffeine it is best to cut down gradually.
I drink 3 very week cups of Coffee--1/4 teaspoon coffee only, with just one level teaspoon of sugar, and I am going to the toilet every half hour.

I used to put 8 teaspoon of sugar into a coffee, which I rarely drink now, and have cut down to one sugar per large cup.

4 cups a day does me....followed by about 25 beers...is that too many? Coffees that is.....
