    Dilemma driving home.

My alt **** itself and was lucking enough to find a new 120amp denso repalcement for $260, problem is its still on the boat and should have had it today. I have been driving my disco and just charging the battery every couple of days, this morning found myself crawling in traffic for over an hour so the batt was drained more than usual. so now i find myself at work with jumper leads to get a jump start but it will be dark when i leave and should it start to rain i'll be stuffed, what to do..................
No hope in hell of getting the missus to come get me from tullamarine.

Sadly flattening your starting battery a few times running will have shortened its life drastically. See if you can get a new battery delivered to your site and chalk it up to experience.
